Walk-in Hours

  • Academic mobility: Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Admissions: Tuesday 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Debt Relief: the last Wednesday of each month 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Financial Aid: Wednesday 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. | Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
    • no walk-in hours from 29 June to 14 August
  • Relational difficulties or violations of personality rights: Tuesday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    • starting 11 August 2026
  • Social Services: Monday and Tuesday 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. | Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
    • remote walk-in hours from 30 July to 4 August, by email or phone
    • in person walk-in hours resume on 6 August
