Join our three-month mentoring program for women*, running from October to December 2025, and lay the foundation for your career.

At the heart of the program is one-to-one mentoring: you will be paired with an experienced BCG consultant who will guide you through your individual questions, goals, and career aspirations. Your mentor will accompany you throughout the program, providing valuable insights, honest feedback, and personal support.

In addition, you will gain exclusive insights into the world of consulting at BCG, strengthen your profile through interactive skill-building workshops, and apply your knowledge in a hands-on case workshop. This unique combination of personal mentoring, practical training, and real-life experience will help you grow both professionally and personally.

The program is open to women* from all fields of study (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) who are enrolled at a Swiss university and are in their third semester or beyond. Scan the QR code or apply here with your CV and transcripts by no later than Thursday, September 25, 2025.
