How to fill out the wheel?

  • Rate your satisfaction in each area of your life, from 0 (very dissatisfied) to 10 (very satisfied). Think of every aspect (for instance, “Health” includes mental and physical health, sports, sleeping and eating habits).
  • Once you are done, take a step back and answer that question: What area of my life do I want to improve?
