The Validation of Prior Learning (Validation des Acquis d'Expérience - VAE) does not account for recognition of your foreing university diploma.

Depending on your goal, here is the process to follow:

You wish to study at UNIGE?

Your foreign diploma will be reviewed as part of the enrollment (UNIGE level) and admission (faculty/institute/centre level) procedure.
