Resources
Why should you get moving? An overall approach to activity.
Physical activity is essential for physical and mental health. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week. However, it is not always easy to incorporate movement into your daily life. Through this page, our goal is to raise awareness and support the university community by showing that movement is not limited to performance sports. In fact, there are countless ways to be active — accessible to all and beneficial on a daily basis.
Here, you will find a selection of podcasts, articles, inspiring accounts, and ideas for free activities in Geneva. These resources will help you incorporate more movement into your routine, at your own pace.
