Import references in Zotero from various bibliographic databases
Add fulltext (PDF) to your references
Organize your Zotero library
Create in-text citations and a bibliography with Zotero and its Word plugin
Synchronize your Zotero library with an online account

Prerequisite: you need to install on your laptop Zotero and the connector for your browser: https://www.zotero.org/download/ (in Uni Arve, Uni Bastions and Uni CMU, possibility to use the computers in the training room)
