How to apply for the enrollment procedure if you do not hold a maturité certificate?

1. Research your desired program
   • You can contact the academic advisors (FR) of the faculty/institute/centre offering the program to get information about the programs offered.
   • See the page for non-maturité holders from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (FR).
   • You can also contact the NPM guidance counsellors to help you work out your project.
   • Important: for medical and pharmaceutical studies, you must hold a maturité certificate, there are no exceptions.
2. Check that you meet the enrollment requirements
   • See the enrollment requirements for non-maturité holders.
   • You can register for certain courses as an "auditeur ou auditrice libre (FR)" to try out the program.
   • Check if you need to pass a french exam and see the conditions of the exam.
3. Apply for enrollment
   1. Put together your application with all required documents.
   2. Contact the NPM office and pay the registration fee of CHF 65.
      • If you hold a Swiss "attestation de scolarité", you do not pay the CHF 65.
   3. Send your file from March 1 to November 30 by post to the NPM office. You must also send a copy by e-mail.

4. Wait for the answer

• If you meet the enrollment requirements, your application will be submitted to the faculty/institute/centre. They will invite you for an interview or exam.
• If you do not meet the enrollment requirements, you will be informed by registered mail.
