Complementary Certificate (CC) application form

This is a second form to be completed in addition to the application for re-enrollment or change of faculty to apply for the following certificates only:

  • Complementary Certificate in Computer Science from the Faculty of Science
  • Complementary Certificate in Special Education from the Faculty of Psychology and Sciences of Education (FPSE)
  • Complementary Certificate in Theology

Important: the documents required for both the application for equivalence and the application for re-enrollment or change of faculty need to be attached only once.

The faculty concerned decides on your admission to a certificate program. This decision depends on the decision to re-enroll or change faculty. These decisions are made by the Admissions Office.

Caution

  • The Admissions Office reserves the right to request any additional information required to process an application, or to refuse to process an excessively incomplete application. In both cases, you will be informed by e-mail.
  • Any omission or submission of false or falsified documents may lead to definitive refusal of admission, or exclusion from UNIGE.
