This is a second form to be completed in addition to the application for re-enrollment or change of faculty.

Faculty-specific details
This form is not required for applications to the following doctorates/faculties, which have their own procedures and/or documents:
- Doctorates in Life Sciences from the Faculties of Science and Medicine
- Faculty of Medicine
- Faculty of Humanities
- Geneva School of Economics and Management (GSEM)
- Faculty of Translation and Interpreting (FTI)
Caution
The Admissions Office reserves the right to request any additional information required to study the application, and to refuse to process excessively incomplete applications. In both cases, information will be sent by e-mail.
Any omission or submission of false or falsified documents may result in definitive refusal of admission, or expulsion from the UNIGE.
