Master’s degree application form

This is a second form to be completed in addition to the application for re-enrollment or change of faculty.

Master's degree application form

Any question? Contact the academic advisor (FR) responsible for the chosen program.

Important: the documents required for both the application for equivalence and the application for re-enrollment or change of faculty need to be attached only once.

The faculty concerned decides on your admission to a certificate program. This decision depends on the decision to re-enroll or change faculty. These decisions are made by the Admissions Office.

Faculty-specific details

For the following programs or faculties, you do not need to fill in this form. Instead, you must complete a special, mandatory procedure directly with the faculty or program. Please note the details:

Applying for several master's?

There are two possible scenarios.

  • The master’s degrees applied for are offered within the same faculty/institute:
    • Indicate the exact titles of all the courses applied for on a single re-enrollment or change of faculty application form, and compile as many application forms as the number of master’s degrees applied for.
      • Exception: for the Faculty of Law, admission requirements are identical for all master’s programs. You should submit only one application form for the master’s degree you are applying for. It is not necessary to produce descriptions of previously completed courses.
  • The master’s degrees applied for are offered in different faculties/institutes:
    • Complete one re-enrollment or change of faculty application form for each faculty/institute you are applying for, and submit as many application forms as master’s degrees applied for.
      • Exception: for the Faculty of Law, admission requirements are identical for all the Faculty’s master's courses. You should therefore submit only one application form for the master’s degree you are applying for.  It is not necessary to produce descriptions of previously completed courses.

Caution

  • The Admissions Office reserves the right to request any additional information required to process an application, or to refuse to process an excessively incomplete application. In both cases, you will be informed by e-mail.
  • Any omission or submission of false or falsified documents may lead to definitive refusal of admission, or exclusion from UNIGE.
